Preregistration is open October 1–31, 2025!

University liquid rocket teams can lock in their spots early by pre-registering up to ten team members during this window. Pre-registration means purchasing your ticket ($25 each) and securing your place before tickets open to everyone else.

Here’s how to get your team code:

1. Pick your team captain to represent your school.

2. Have the captain email LiquidPropulsionSymposium@gmail.com to request your code and link to the ticketing system.

👉 If your school has more than one independent liquid rocket team (with separate leadership, not just different projects), you can request additional codes by identifying multiple captains. This will be a rare exception.

⚠️ Pre-registration codes expire on November 1, 2025, or sooner if capacity is reached. Starting November 1, General Admission tickets will go on sale for students active on rocket teams, industry professionals, and academics working with liquid rocketry.

Registration is limited to 350 participants and will sell out early, so reserve your spot early.
